Omnia Oven
Before we dive into the accessories and recipes, let’s quickly cover the basics of the Omnia Oven.
What is an Omnia Oven?
The Omnia Oven is a versatile, lightweight, and compact stovetop oven. It’s designed for easy setup and compatibility with various heat sources, making it ideal for spaces without a conventional oven. This is the Omnia Oven I use.
Stovetop Oven vs. Traditional Oven
A stovetop oven, unlike a standard residential oven, is a portable cooking device that sits atop your cooktop and utilizes an external heat source. It’s a great solution for small kitchens, RVs, or outdoor cooking.
How does the Omnia work?
The Omnia is designed with three parts: a stainless steel base, an aluminum food holder, and a lid. When placed on a compatible heat source, such as a propane burner or electric cooktop, the Omnia efficiently distributes heat both from the bottom and the top, ideal for baking.
However, it’s important to note that the Omnia Oven is not compatible with induction cooktops.
Baking with the Omnia Oven
Joe and I have lived out of different types of RVs since 2015. Most of that time has been spent in small campers with a two burner gas stove and limited storage for kitchen supplies and ingredients.
One of the reasons I love the Omnia Oven is because it’s portable, lightweight, compact and most importantly, it allows me to bake in an RV without a built-in oven.
From reheating leftovers and cooking frozen treats to baking those comfort dishes, the Omnia stovetop oven offers a way to enjoy a variety of baked dishes, enhancing our camping experiences.
Whether it’s reheating leftovers, preparing frozen favorites, or baking comfort foods, the Omnia stovetop oven transforms the RV cooking experience. It allows us to enjoy a variety of baked dishes while enjoying the great outdoors.

Essential Accessories for the Omnia Oven
Since my journey with the Omnia Oven began in 2019, the Omnia team has introduced an array of accessories that complement this compact and lightweight oven. Below, I’ll share the Omnia Oven accessories that have and use on a regular basis.
#1 Silicone Insert also comes in a two pack
The Omnia accessory I use the most often is the silicone insert for the aluminum food holder. The silicone mould is easy to clean because the food doesn’t stick to the mold. Omnia also released a non-stick ceramic coated pan, which might be worth considering.
This muffin insert is great for when I want to bake muffins or cheesy egg bites. You can find these recipes in my complimentary Omnia digital cookbook.
#3 Baking Rack
One of the first accessories I used with the Omnia Oven was this baking rack. I mostly use it for reheating bread or to set cookies on after they finish baking in the stove top oven.
After I’m done baking in the Omnia, I set the aluminum food holder on the trivet to protect the table top surface or set it on the ground.
Since I mainly baked in the Omnia Oven while enjoying the great outdoors, having this carrying case keeps everything in a compact and neat package and well protected from those random bumps on the road.
